Health check approved! We received the ACI Airport Health Accreditation

We’re proud to announce YYC Calgary International Airport received the Airports Council International (ACI) Airport Health Accreditation. This accreditation reinforces the high standards of our #FlyHealthyYYC program where we prioritize health and safety above all else and gives guests and employees increased confidence to feel safe while travelling and moving through our airport

The application was a lengthy 32-page questionnaire about facility cleaning practices in place, temperature screening, communication, physical distancing measures in public areas, contactless technology and plans for re-opening services and amenities.

A big thanks to YYC Crew and Team YYC for meeting and exceeding the safe and hygienic facility standards set out by global aviation guidance.

We’ve joined other Canadian and international airports that have received this accreditation in the last few weeks – aligning on excellence in safety and hygiene.
