Air Canada's Allen 'checks in' with guests

Allen from Air Canada checks in passengers all day at YYC but he also makes sure to "check in" with them to see how they're doing.

Although his work has become more complex with added safety measures, he does his best to engage passengers in conversation and be a friendly face—or at least half of a friendly face. 

“I want them to feel the warmth and care in my voice if they can't see it in my smile!”

Safety is also top of mind for Allen, “I wholeheartedly believe in the effectiveness of mask wearing. I ask that the passenger I am interacting with also wear theirs correctly. I have a bottle of hand sanitizer within reach and will use it whenever I touch a passenger’s luggage or belongings.”
