When it comes to mental health, every action counts. Sharing, understanding, and support are the keys to breaking down the stigma. Stigma is the top reason people do not seek help, but it does not have to be this way.
Events like Walk the Talk for Mental Health help break the power of stigma by showing that we care for each other and stand with colleagues experiencing mental illness.
Since 2010, Bell Let’s Talk began a new conversation about Canada’s mental health. On Jan.29, Bell will donate to mental health initiatives in Canada in an effort to help create positive change.
