Vino Volo Opens its Second Location at YYC
Adding some new flavour to your YYC Calgary International Airport experience, Vino Volo has opened its second Calgary location, and can now be found in Concourse C. Guests travelling to destinations within Canada can now discover Vino Volo’s extensive wine selection, while enjoying a delicious meal, along with a welcoming atmosphere to relax in before starting their journey.
“We are delighted to provide a new food and beverage option for our guests flying out of Concourse C,” said Tim Barnes, Director, Commercial and Retail Development for The Calgary Airport Authority. “With our renewed focus on creating elevated experiences, we look forward to further enhancing our food and beverage and retail locations based on the wants and needs of our travellers and guests.”
Vino Volo has been a part of YYC’s new International Terminal since it opened in October 2016 and brings unique wines sourced from across the country and around the globe to the airport. These wines are complemented by a local touch of charcuterie from Canmore’s Valbella Gourmet Foods, and craft beer from Calgary’s Village Brewery for the non-wine drinkers.
"We are extremely excited about our second location at Calgary International Airport,” said Marco Di Bernardo, VP Development for Vino Volo. “Calgary has a burgeoning food and wine culture and we’re excited to represent that in YYC’s Domestic Terminal.”
Vino Volo has 46 locations in 34 airports across Canada and the United States, and includes a loyalty program which allows frequenters to the location to enjoy a variety of special offerings and collect rewards. For more information visit www.vinovolo.com.
