The Authority will be lifting its masking requirement
Effective of Sept. 1, 2022, The Calgary Airport Authority will be lifting its mask policy that required masks in all public areas of the terminal.
The Transport Canada mask mandate will remain in effect, which requires masks:
- at security screening checkpoints, including non-passenger screening;
- while boarding, disembarking and for the duration of a flight;
- and in the Canadian customs and border processing area.
As we consider the well-being of our airport community, we encourage everyone to respect the needs of others for physical distancing or masking in their presence.
The Authority will continue to monitor all data and follow public health guidance and will adjust as required.
