The Barlow Tr. bridge at Airport Tr. opens June 4

Summary: A major milestone on Airport Tr. Interchanges project

That’s 2/2 near YYC! We’re happy to announce the next interchange opening. Thank you to Team YYC for your patience to date and as construction season ramps up for summer. The opening of the new bridge means permanent traffic pattern changes for guests, staff and visitors getting to and from the airport.

Southbound and northbound Barlow Tr. traffic will cross the new bridge.

To access YYC

• Eastbound Airport Tr. to southbound Barlow Tr., use right exit lane on Airport Tr. to ramp up to Barlow Tr. south.
• Westbound Airport Tr. to southbound Barlow Tr., use right exit lane to the signal light at the top of the ramp and left across the new bridge.

To access Deerfoot Tr. from YYC

• Northbound Barlow Tr. to westbound Airport Tr., cross the new bridge and use the right lane exit ramp.

To access 100 Ave N.E. or Country Hills Blvd.

• Eastbound Airport Tr. to northbound Barlow Tr., use right exit lane to the signal light at the top of the ramp and left across the new bridge.
