Mandatory YYC lift booking

Summary: Starting today, YYC offers online booking and new process.

YYC Main Stories is now offering an online booking process for YYC lifts to the Team YYC community starting on Tuesday, October 12.

Appointments are made by accessing the booking form https://www.yyc.com/en-us/calgaryairportauthority/formsapplications.aspx

Mandatory booking procedures as follows.

Sign-out:

  1. Name
  2. Phone number
  3. Company
  4. Time, duration and date requested
  5. Lift number requested
  6. A valid lift operator’s license that will be presented to a Stores’ member for verification
  7. Consent to return the lift to its original parking spot within 24 hours of sign-out; or
  8. Consent to return the lift outside of Stores’ hours of operation.
    • If Stores is closed, lifts can be booked through the Integrated Operations Centre (IOC) by calling 403-735-1300 option 5. A Terminal Operations Specialist (TOS) will validate the request and gain signatures from the requester upon sign-out.

Sign-in:

  1. The lift must be returned in the condition it was signed out including appropriate fuel level.
  2. Photo proof of the location returned.
  3. Keys must be dropped off at YYC Main Stores and accepted by personnel.
  4. If pre-approved by Stores to return outside of office hours, lift keys must be arranged for drop-off with the IOC by calling 403-735– 300 option 5.
