Chris from Bistro keeping YYC full of pizza
If you asked any essential workers at YYC what they ate at the beginning of the pandemic, they'll likely tell you it was pizza from Bistro on the Bow. Chris and his team at Bistro worked hard to make sure frontline workers had access to delicious comfort food at a discounted rate.
"We delivered food to staff around the airport, and offered fully cooked meals for pick up. We also gave staff 50 per cent off pizza."
Bistro on the Bow has remained open throughout the pandemic and has worked hard to safely provide food for those who need to be at YYC. The team at U.S. Customs and Border Patrol, was so grateful for their delicious food and excellent service, they presented the folks at Bistro on the Bow with a framed gift.
