Recruitment Specialist, GardaWorld

Each #WhiteHatWednesday, we will highlight one of the awesome members of Team YYC. This week, read on to learn more about Max, GardaWorld Recruitment Specialist.

Max, a native Newfoundlander, is a Recruitment Specialist with GardaWorld. As part of the team that has over 700 pre-board screeners in our airport, his days are spent pouring over resumes, conducting interviews, onboarding new hires and travelling.

"There is a real sense of community at the airport, and it is vibrant here," says Max.

In his spare time, Max is busy planning a June wedding, going to the movies and spending time with family.
