New Reception hours

As of February 4, front reception will be open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

After reviewing YYC's reception coverage, we learned that our busy peak periods come in the early morning and at lunch.

This insight, paired with our recent implementation of the automated call tree and introduction of the employee directory should continue to improve guest experience.

Starting Monday, February 4 YYC's front reception will be staffed: Monday to Friday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Signage and websites will be updated accordingly.

Did you know: There is a courtesy phone to the right-hand side of the entrance to reception.
