U.S. Customs and Border Protection: Third Annual Christmas Toy Drive
U.S. Customs and Border Protection is kicking off its third annual Christmas Toy Drive at YYC Calgary International Airport. They plan to continue the tradition they have established in 2015 with the Salvation Army, partnering with various agencies such as Air Canada, Delta Airlines, Wingtips, American Airlines, Westjet, ATS, The Airport Authority and Calgary Police Services.
With your help and the generous support of the community, the toy drive goal is to bring joy to over 1,000 children in surrounding communities who are in need. The mission of the program "is to collect new, unwrapped toys and distribute those toys as Christmas gifts to needy children in the community. All toys donated are distributed to local children in Calgary. You can help bring smiles to the faces of many children during this season by making a toy donation today. The smallest gift can mean the world to a child in need. We hope you will share the joy this holiday season and open your hearts.”
Boxes are located at Calgary Airport Authority’s Main reception. All toys will be picked up on the morning of Sunday, December 10, 2017.
Thank you in advance to everyone who will be making toy donations.
