ZONE EVACUATION FAMILIARIZATION (Airport Community)
For all those operating in the Domestic and International Terminal Buildings, it is a mandatory requirement that you have designated ZEO’s for your organization. A ZEO is a trained individual responsible to supervise and direct occupants to evacuate and proceed to the recommended assembly areas, and ensure evacuees stay at these locations until authorization is given to return to their areas.
ZEO’s must complete this eLearning Course once per year and the Calgary Airport Authority may request training records from time to time. Each organization is required to maintain its own training records for the ZEO Training. A certificate can be printed once an employee finishes the course.
