Hi there, it's nice two metre you!

Ashley is a Customer Care Ambassador at YYC who misses seeing the smiling faces of guests in terminal. Going from hands-on helping to keeping her space has been an adjustment. “We respect physical distancing and greet people a little further away, often saying: ‘Hi there, it’s nice 2 metre you!’” In addition to making eye contact with guests, Ashley makes sure her tone of voice is polite, friendly and clear, so guests know she is ready to help.
