Big Bike is Back!

YYC Big Bike Showdown is back! For the past six years, YYC has participated in this event in support of the Heart and Stroke Foundation.

Last year, Team “YYSea” had a whale of a time cycling across the airport. The team came in second place and gave YYC Crew a run for their money! Collectively, the teams raised over $17,000 and had a blast doing it!

We're looking for 29 people to join our Big Bike team. The race will take place on July 25. Mark your calendars, call your fellow Team YYC members and get ready to pedal!

As this is a charitable event, each rider is required to raise a minimum of $50 for the Heart and Stroke foundation. A webpage link to assist you in your fundraising efforts will be provided to you. You can rally your family and friends to donate to this worthwhile cause when fundraising opens.

Every seven minutes, someone in Canada dies from heart disease and stroke. An estimated 1.6 million more are living with the devastating effects of these diseases. For more than 60 years, Heart & Stroke has been dedicated to fighting heart disease and stroke. Its work has saved thousands of lives and improved the lives of millions of others.
