From Arbutus - Customer Service Week

Tuesday, October 2nd 2018 - I was a busy dog today at the airport. Lots of stressed out flyers. I licked a few tears, cuddled with passengers that needed a hug and played with a lot of kids. My mom got pictures of  two of my favourites. The boy was just adopted from Jamaica and was moving to Edmonton with his parents. He had to leave his dog so he was verrrrrrry happy to see me. He’s never seen snow and thought it was a good idea to run in the snow in bare feet. Good luck with that one.

I played with the little girl her while her mom stood in line for WestJet customer care that was VERY busy. We finally just laid on the floor together as we were both exhausted. I put a lot of smiles on sad peoples’ faces.
