Participate in our 14th Annual Festival of Trees!

It’s that time of year where you and your team can sign up to participate in our annual Festival of Trees initiative! This airport-wide decorating contest is the perfect opportunity to get together, get creative and show your festive side to the rest of our community and all of our passengers! Participation is open to all airport partners. You simply form a decorating team, come up with a theme and name or slogan for your tree and decorate it!  You can choose any theme or category for your tree, as long as it relates to either the Holiday Season or your specific line of business. Should your creativity win the top spot in this competition, then your team will have a donation of $250 provided to the registered charity of your choice on your company’s behalf and $100 YYC bucks! In addition, all teams will be awarded a prize! Trees will be delivered and set-up in selected pre-security areas around the terminal building and will be available for decoration near the end of November. They range in size from 7.5’ to 12’ ft; they are all pre-lit and will be allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis, free of charge. For each tree decorated, The Authority will be printing out a place card with your company’s name and your tree’s theme name or slogan.
