Service Superstar: Janet Trowbridge from Chili's
Janet was on shift at the Chili's in International departures when she noticed a commotion just outside the restaurant. A boy had hit his head and developed quite the goose egg. She recommended to his parents that they call EMS, so they did.
When EMS arrived, they suggested going to a hospital to get checked out and be safe. The family said they couldn’t miss this flight, so Janet sprang into action and ran to the store to get butterfly stitches for the boy’s injury. EMS applied the bandages to the wound and the boy and his family were able to make their flight!
Thank you Janet for going above and beyond to ensure our passengers have the best experience possible!
