WestJet Announces CEO Gregg Saretsky’s Retirement

This morning, YYC's partner WestJet announced that Gregg Saretsky, President and CEO is retiring from the company, effective today.

Gregg Saretsky has led WestJet through a substantial period of growth out of YYC. From adding hundreds of routes and destinations for guests to access across the globe to the addition of the new wide-body hangar, which will land at YYC in 2019.

We welcome newly named CEO, Ed Sims, the airline’s current Executive Vice-President, Commercial to Team YYC.
