#WhiteHatWednesday: Susan Fae and Charlie

Each #WhiteHatWednesday, we will highlight one of the awesome members of Team YYC. This week, read on to learn more about Susan Fae and Charlie, Pre-Board Pals.

Susan Fae keeps busy creating art, working as a chaplain and officiating wedding ceremonies. One of her biggest passions, though, is being part of the airport Pre-Board Pals program with her sidekick Charlie, a 13-year-old Bichon Shih Tzu.

Every Sunday evening between 7:30 and 8:00 p.m. (and at various airport special events), you can find the two of them greeting passengers and Charlie lovingly accepting pets, kisses and posing for pictures. A great diffuser of travel stress and anxiety, this duo work the crowds, creating magic wherever they go.

"Thanks to Charlie and the Pre-Board Pals, I have memorable stories to tell for a lifetime," says Susan. "The best things in life come from having a great teacher like Charlie."
